Since the very beginning, our goal has been simple: to share the remarkable natural larder of the Welsh coast in a way that is educational, sustainable and unforgettable. Every course is led by expert coastal forager Craig Evans, whose passion for marine life and decades of local knowledge help guests discover the fascinating world of edible seaweeds, shellfish and coastal plants.

Our award-winning coastal foraging courses take place along the stunning coastline of Pembrokeshire and South West Wales, where every tide brings new discoveries. Guests not only learn how to safely identify and sustainably harvest wild coastal foods, but also gain a deeper understanding of the rich marine ecosystems and traditions that make the Welsh coastline so special.

One of the highlights of every experience is gathering around the handmade Solva Stove, also known as the Swedish Candle, to cook and enjoy the day's foraged ingredients together. It's the perfect way to end a day of exploration, learning and great conversation by the sea.
